Aeolus

Aeolus is an Information and Communications Technologies project under EU's 7th frame program. Its main goal is to improve wind farm control by considering the farm as one big dynamical system.

I was employed on the project as a Post Doc., where my chief responsibility were to develop a simulation toolbox for wind farm with focus on the farm control task.

The wind farm control toolbox has been released to the public and can be found at the SimWindFarm website.

Furthermore I worked on a wind farm benchmark which goal is to broaden the interest in the wind farm control problem within the control community
